Trail name : Circle Trail Quartz run

Trail description : No drop group run (we stop at every intersection and wait for everyone to join together again). Expect 4.8 miles. This trail is an out and back run. This section of the Circle trail is probably one that most have not been on. Beautiful views! Bring Water!

Meet at Mile High Beer Project, go for a run, probably through the square to the Granite Creek Trail, around the park and back. All paces welcome, walkers to zippy zippersons.
Trail name : Spence Trail - Thumb Butte loop

Trail description : We will be running from Spence to Thumb butt and back in a loop. May be some stuff that most have not ran yet. It will have some challenging climbs and great views. This will be a no drop run. Bring plenty of water and a cooling towel is you have one. I will have some refreshments at the end.

Trail name : Willow lake Trail

Trail description : No drop group run (we stop at every intersection and wait for everyone to join together again). We’ll be running trails on the back side of Willow Lake. About 5.5 mile including lots of granite rock, stairs, the red bridge and the back side of the dam. Basically all the hard stuff!
Park at the Willow Lake boat ramp ($5). We will meet at the bathrooms just up the hill from the ramp. To avoid paying $5, you can park at the baseball fields in Heritage Park and walk about 2 tenths of a mile to the bathrooms.
