Cocodona250 - May 6-11, 2024

🏜️ The original epic of the Cocodona name starts at Rock Springs Cafe in Black Canyon City and traverses a continuous 250 mile point-to-point route, ending in Flagstaff, Arizona. Arguably the most diverse 200+miler on the map. Be prepared for a life changing epic adventure.

⛰️ Sedona Canyons 125 - May 8-11, 2024

This 125-mile point-to-point adventure runs the back half of the full Cocodona course. You’ll start in Jerome, run through Sedona, and finish in Flagstaff, alongside runners competing in the 250-miler. Get the best sections of the full course with half the pain.

🌲 Elden Crest 38 - May 10-11, 2024

The last 38 miles of the full Cocodona course is a Tour-de-Flagstaff. Start at Fort Tuthill, run through beautiful Walnut Canyon, up-n-over Mt Elden, and finish in downtown Flagstaff.

Please join us for Loop The Butte, Sunday May 26th from 7am to 12 noon! This is open to everyone for FREE! So come on out and see your fellow PATR Runners loop the butte. Do as many or as few laps as you wish! There will be an aide station with all kind of snacks, drinks and such!

This is also doubling as a charity event for The Launch Pad Teen Center in Prescott. For the past 6 years they have hosted a Trek4Teens Rim2Rim hike of the Grand Canyon. Adults, like me and possibly you, sign up and agree to raise money for TLP's Outdoor Progams. Last years hike raised $72,000. If you would like to donate, the link will be provided in the comments. As and added bonus, the first 20 people to donate at least $50 and complete 5 laps will recieve a special gift (think Goodrs, Cocodona Swag and Javelina 100 Swag). As a second added bonus, your donation is a TAX CREDIT on your AZ State taxes. Talk to your tax professional for specifics or just ask Molly or me.

We are going to run Salida Gulch. The road will be closed at 7PM so we are starting the run 30 minutes early at 5PM just for this date!

Directions from FS:
From downtown Prescott, travel east on Hwy 69 to Walker Road. Turn right and go 1.2 miles to the sign for Lynx Creek Ruin. Turn left onto Lynx Creek Road (FR 9401) just after the sign. Travel 0.8 miles past the Day Use area, bearing right down the hill and continuing to the end of the road. There is a large improved lot with ample parking for both single vehicles and horse trailers. Road conditions are paved, then graded dirt and suitable for all vehicles.

Back and hotter than ever, Hotfoot Hamster returns to Nardini Manor 2024!

Test your endurance and see how far you can run in 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours at the ideal flat and fast custom built gravel running track at the historic Nardini Manor. This is one of two chances this year to participate in a running event on this unique ultra runner built course!

We'll have a fully stocked aid station directly on course and you can setup trackside for ultimate convenience.

The USATF Certified 500 meter course is perfect for your first ultra or for a personal best. The Hotfoot Hamster is a classic fixed time ultra that is sure to be a fun time with new friends.

Join us in the pines of Flagstaff for our only night race in Northern Arizona at the Blackout Night Runs. This race takes place on the eve of the annual camping extravaganza at the Big Pine Trail Runs. Do both and earn a "double down" medal!

Choose from a 27k, 13k or 6k under a canopy of ponderosa pines and a blanket of stars. These trails are smooth and fabulous for the entire family!

Welcome to the 9th annual Big Pine Trail Runs at Fort Tuthill County Park!
Runners will get to experience both the Soldiers Trail and Highlands Trail Loop (6 Km runners will only run on a partial Soldiers Trail loop) which winds through the ponderosa pines above 7,000 ft, eventually topping out on a mesa with expansive views of mountain landscapes before being enveloped back into the trees.
With so much happening in Flagstaff this weekend including Blackout Night Runs the night before and Big Woody Rides on Sunday, the Big Pine weekend is THE best way to kick off your summer.

Hoppiness abounds at the Jackrabbit Jubilee!

The 12 & 6 Hour fixed-time night race kicks off this August on the 500 meter USATF certified course (road) at Nardini Manor. The course is a flat crushed gravel loop that winds its way around the grounds. Run, hop, skip, laugh and spend the night with us at Nardini Manor--fun for everybunny!

It’s out there…will YOU be the one to find it this September 7th?

Challenge yourself at one of the toughest and most beautiful races you’ll ever toe the line at.

Join us this fall at the 2024 edition of the Mogollon Monster!

Choose from the point to point 100 mile or get a hefty dose of the Monster in the 42k “Monster Marathon”. No matter which distance you choose, you are sure to appreciate breathtaking climbs up the Rim, exhilarating descents down, spectacular views in between, and possible monster sightings at each turn.

The 42 Km course takes place on Sunday starting at the Pine Trailhead and heads out on the historic Highline Trail to its first rim climb, the Donahue Trail, where runners will join courses with the 100 milers who start 24 hours and 85 miles earlier. The drop off the rim and right back up via West Webber and Turkey Springs will test runners but be sure to soak up the views along the Mogollon Rim. Finishing with a massive vista off the Pine Canyon Trail and miles of gorgeous trail all the way back to the town of Pine where runners will cross under the finish line at the town community center.

This is mountain running at its finest, and you’ll relish every minute of it.

It’s the original costumed ultra trail run party in the desert…

It’s the world famous, Javelina Jundred presented by Hoka!

The race is held on a 20 mile rolling single track trail course comprised mostly of the Pemberton Trail in beautiful McDowell Mountain Regional Park near Fountain Hills, Arizona. Runners will take on 100 miles, 100k or a nighttime 31k dubbed “Jackass Night Trail” on a looped course in the gorgeous Sonoran Desert.

🎉 Across the Years is back for the 2024-25 edition and we are excited to welcome runners to Camelback Ranch this December! Join us for this fixed-time 6-day running event as we run into the New year with a community of familiar faces and welcomed new friends.
