Join us for a track workout! If the track is unavailable, meet at the Peavine Trailhead (near the humane society). We usually do one or more warmup laps together, then you can plan your own workout or follow this one:

2 to 4 laps warmup
dynamic stretching
12 laps at conversational pace with the following exceptions
weeks 1-3 laps 4, 8, and 12 at lactic threshold
weeks 4-6 laps 3, 6, 9, and 12 at lactic threshold
weeks 7-9 laps 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 at lactic threshold
weeks 10-12 laps 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, and 12 at lactic threshold
1-4 laps cooldown
stretching
