COCODONA FatAss #3 on deck for next weekend! This is a great one for Sedona Canyons 125 runners too!! WHAT: COCODONA FatAss from Sedona to Munds Park (plus) WHEN: Saturday (16 Mar) at 0800 WHERE: Meet at Posse Grounds Park in Sedona (161/37 mi aid station) and finish at Pinewood Country Club in Munds Park (190/66 mi aid station) WHO: Anyone who wants to run! (There are shorter options at ~8 miles and ~16 miles for anyone not interested in the full monte.) WHY: ‘Cause we LOVE trails!! Parker will provide aid station support (hot & cold snacks, drinks, hype music and drop bags) 3 places: 1) Grasshopper Point (~8 miles) just before Oak Creek crossing, 2) Intersection of I-17 and Schnebly Rd (~16mi) and Pinewood Country Club in Munds Park (~30miles). *Roads are closed between I-17 and Munds Park. Expect MUDDY conditions. Parker will provide aid at the road closure point which is about 1.5 miles BEFORE the course aid station. If you can assist with transportation, please let us know (we’ll have room for 2 additional runners in Dory). Please have the course loaded on your phone We won’t wait at every intersection, but we’ll regroup at aid spots and key turns to make sure we don’t lose anyone. RSVP please!
